What should I clarify if I need more time to decide on an offer?
Do not assume requesting more time creates an extension. Retain clear confirmation of any changed amount or condition.
How can I check whether a seller-provided guarantee applies to the purchase?
If buying for someone else, ask whether the arrangement affects who can make a request. Ask for clarification when the listing and written terms seem inconsistent.
How should I interpret a seller's deadline when the time zone is unclear?
Check whether the date includes a specific cutoff time. Ask whether the seller means calendar days or business days.
